After studying industrial design at Carnegie Mellon University, Jeff Miller joined ECCO Design in New York, eventually becoming VP of design. For more than a decade he was involved in product development for numerous global brands, including Apple, Colgate, Estee Lauder, Herman Miller, Motorola, OXO, and Procter & Gamble. In 2002, Jeff established his own practice. His signature style pushes technology and the use of materials to infuse intelligent design with emotional and sensorial attributes. Miller insists on the intimate coordination of his projects on all levels, from concept development, to production facilitation. He heads the creative direction of Itoki Design after consulting to Itoki in Japan for over 5 years. Jeff holds several design and utility patents, and has been a member of the IDSA since 1992.
